AC Question

This happens only when I'm trying to access my voice mail (password includes 1's) or when I'm trying to "press 1 for English," and times like that.

When I press the 1, the screen goes black. Then it comes back, and the 1 has not registered. Even after that, if I get the 1 to register (on my end), the robot says that the password is incorrect.

Very frustrating. Verizon sent me a new (refurbished) phone a few months ago, but the same problem keeps happening. It's only once in a while, but it's very annoying.

This time when I phoned in the tech suggest I use it without a case (too slippery) and see how that goes.... it's the case's fault. I'm skeptical. She suggested I purchase a new case. Why should I have to put out money when it's obviously the phone's issue?

Any ideas what I can do about this issue with the 1? I'd appreciate any ideas. I can't imagine the phone case causing this. Everything else on the phone works fine.

Welcome to the forums. I doubt it's a case issue as well. A screen protector maybe, but even then unlikely.

I know this isn't a fix, but if it comes up and you reboot right away, does the issue go away?
