My Samsung galaxy s4 has a broken lcd screen and I can't get to my pictures

My phone works but the screen remains black and doesn't respond to the touch. The lcd is broke behind the glass. Is there another way I can access my pictures and videos thru another device connected to the broken phone? Please help , crazy colombian.

Connect it to your computer. It should show up as a removable storage device or camera and you will be able to access your pictures that way.
