My Samsung Galaxy S4 keeps calling foreign numbers which are not saved on the phone by itself, how can I disable this?

my samsung galaxy s4 keeps calling foreign numbers which are not saved on the phone by itself

the phone just makes those calls by itself and immediately i disable the call it calls a different one.also sometimes when i make a call it does not go through and it tends to call those foreign numbers again.it stops for sometime after i have re-started the phone but it starts messing up again after 3hrs

Might be a virus. Download an antivirus app, or anti-malware app (like Malwarebytes) from playstore and have it scan your phone.
