My Samsung Galaxy S5 mini goes to no command then immediately gives me some options

I press the Volume Up + Power Button + Home button and it gives me the dead android that says No Command but immediately after takes me to the Reboot System Now, Apply Update from ADB, etc. options. I need to re-install the firmware as my phone is stuck in an infinite bootloop but don't know what to do from here.

As far as I know S5 is a good device so far. However, how long are you using this one?

You need to select wipe data/ factory reset
