My Samsung Galaxy S7 was factory reset,

my samsung galaxy s7 was factory reset, now I need to verify to get back into it. I get to putting in the password to my gmail account in and my phone says wrong password try again. I checked with Google and the password I have is the correct password. I then checked with Samsung and they said I need to use the old password that was on my gm account when the phone was set-up. I do not remember it, so how do I find out what it was.

Re: My Samsung Galaxy S7 was factory reset,

Well, you're lying because Google can't and would never confirm a password on an account. You're not the first person with this question and it is always from someone that just got a phone that isn't theirs. That's why the security wipe is a good thing.

You gave it away when you said I checked with Google and they confirmed the password is correct. Nice try!!

Mmmm i suspect half the ppl on here who "accidentally" get locked out of their phones are actually trying to get into someone else's handset that they have "acquired"... Call me a cynic...

Which is why I don't usually reply to these threads. But seriously.

Re: My Samsung Galaxy S7 was factory reset,

This is an easy answer. I can tell you an easy way to get into this phone and bypass the password so you can get into it. Hit it numerous times with a hammer and you will get into it very easily and quickly, and the password will not be a problem anymore!
