AC Question

I downloaded Sidesync so that I can run my new Tab. on the internet to download apps etc. The Version I have on the computer is Ver. 4 and on the tab. it is ver 3. It says to up date the tab. ver, to ver 4, but I cannot connect until I update. How do I get around this without having to go wi fi???

Make sure you're using Google the USB cord that came with the device. I tried connecting with an older extra cord but had no luck. Make sure you're using the default cable or an equivalent.

I have the same problem, I'm using the original cable that came with the tablet, I downloaded the latest driver from samsung (as of today), and it doesn't work. Well I must say that sometimes it works, I guess one out of ten times I can connect. Could it be the port in the tablet? I tried using another samsung cable and it didn't worked. Any hints? Thanks

I had same problem. Lenovo laptop with WIN10 cannot recognized Samsung Tab2. Lenovo ran diagnostic and checked and claimed it Samsung Tab2 problem. I went to Samsung service centre and they test with their Samsung laptop. It worked. They think it Lenovo problem. Both use back original USB cable. This is what I call ping pong service. They just keep passing the ball around. Most techies are half-baked in this country.
