My Samsung Gear S keeps flipping screens. How can I reset it?

My Samsung Gear S keeps flipping screens.

Clock face, wallpaper, white screen. Help! cannot get to settings. Try to scroll to settings, push settings get phone contact. Anyway to reset?

If I recall, if you un-pair it and remove it from the Gear App, when you pair it back, it should reset the device.
