My Samsung J7 Po doesn't show pop up nor peek notification.

I bought this phone on the 24th of this month. At first it showed the peek notification, but because i prefer the pop up so i changed the settings to the always show pop up notification. At first it showed the pop up notification, but after a day there was no pop up notification. I only get the icon notification until now. Please help.
