My Samsung Laptop is not responding, what should I do?

I have a Samsung Laptop*that is only two years old. I turned it off last night as usual, but when I turned it back on this morning it gives a hibernating sign once the screen comes up. I have hit escape; control/alt/delete & nothing works. I have also called to Samsung Customer Service, but they didn't give me satisfaction.Please advise Samsung Laptop Support. Thanks,
