Hello Abdul Mateen Farooq,
This mail is sent when there have been 5 or more failed sign-in attempts on the lock-screen of a mobile device.
Your mobile phone (or tablet) has been reset abnormally and locked.
You must sign into your registered Samsung account to use it again.
but now when i open my samsung account in findmymobile.samsung.com my device is not there it has been removed? can thief remove my samsung account from my mobile by hard formatting it ? can anyone help me regarding this ?
Regards
Mateen
