My samsung note 8.0 is stuck on bootloop

My Samsung galaxy note 8.0 gtn5100 is stuck on boot loop. I have tried factory reset...deleting the cache...even opening the device to remove and put back the battery but nothing seems to work. Hell I even prayed because i use this tablet to work. Nothing is working. I went online to look for ways to flash the device but i'm not quite familiar with that so i'm not sure exactly what to do. Please help!!

The same thing is happening to me. It started this morning to my Galaxy S4. It vibrates once, displays Samsung, stays off, then a couple mins later it does the same thing again by itself and never turns on.
