My Samsung S4 Zoom has decided that it won't turn on. At the moment I'm currently not getting any response from it whatsoever..!
It often crashes/freezes,let and it's done it for so long that I've now accepted that it's usual practice to go through my usual routine of either force closing all apps and/or holding power button to shut down... Or if that doesnt work, i remove the battery for around 10 seconds, replace and the phone will normally always switch on as normal, fresh with none of the previous problems. But today my phone started been slow and became slower while using Snapchat... I force closed the app then tried to restart it a couple of times. But this didnt work so I removed the battery because it wouldn't shut down properly by holding the power button. My phone restarted fine and I successfully used a few different apps without any issues. When finished I placed it face down on the carpet under the edge of the sofa I was sat on. This is something I usually do, as to keep the phone frm damage and close to hand ect... I estimate that roughly 30 - 45 minutes passed until I went to pick up my phone again. That's when it was unresponsive to me and has been ever since. No response from charging with both my usual charger and also trying a completely different charger. Once again I tried battery removal several times, which didn't work. I then tried removing the micro SD Card, battery and sim card which still resulted in no response from my phone...
I'm at a loss as what to do!! PLEASE HELP! I don't want to have to try the restore option that I've read about in other question answers. I cannot loose what's contained in the phone's internal memory..!
Am I missing something obvious?
Any advice will be appreciated. Also thanx for taking the time to read this post!
