My Samsung S8 is sending messages but the people I send the messages to do not receive them.

So I have been sending messages on my S8 and have noticed that the people I am texting are not receiving my messages even though they show up as sent on my screen.

Hi! Are you using the stock messaging app that came with your phone? Try downloading a third party texting app, like Textra, and see if texts will send using that specific app.
