Now, the MOVE function works and the pic is selected, but the MOVE HERE is blacked out and won't execute. Help!!
My Samsung S9+ used to be able to move pics from one folder to another.

1. Use My files to copy files. If that's what isn't working, install Cx File Explorer. (Assuming that you're trying to move the file to a folder you have write permissions to. If you don't have write permissions, you can't move the file there.)
2. Don't move, copy. If a move blows after the file entry (in the directory) has been read and deleted, but not written to the new directory yet, you lost the original and don't have anything. (You'd need root and a deleted file recovery app already installed to recover it.) Copy the app, paste it to the destination folder, then - if the copy is good - delete the original.
