This is unusual. Your SM-N9005...isn't that a "Galaxy Note 3"? For now I can email you a PDF version of the user manual if you want (reply with your email) so that you can do a troubleshooting check. Have you contacted Samsung's support service? I intend to do so as I plan to replace my small sluggish GT-I8262 Galaxy Core with a Galaxy Note-3.
