My Samsung tab 2.0 version 4.2.2 email just stopped sending correctly, what can I do?

my Samsung tab 2.0 version 4.2.2 email just stopped sending correctly

When I check my sent box the email looks correct, but when any one receives it, including me, it is in some kind of code-not html.

Welcome to Android Central! Which email provider? Are you using the stock Email app? Try removing the email account from the app, then adding it back again.
