screen frozen to Tmobile start page
My Samsung T399 phone stated acting weird and restarting over and over. Then it froze on the T- Mobile screen and wouldn't go any farther. I read to try and put it in recovery mode by pressing down the home, volume up button and power to clear the cache but nothing happened. I tried again but it won't go back the the recovery menu. It only shows the picture of the dead android with a red exclamation and says "no command" then tries to restart again, only to freeze on the tmobile screen again. I'm really trying to avoid erasing all my pictures. Please help!
