Welcome to Android Central! If everything looks that way, then the screen is likely damaged or defective. Has the phone been dropped or exposed to any water? If not, then contact Samsung for warranty repair/replacement.

Your blue light filter isn't on by chance is it? That can tint the screens a yellowish color.
