My sent emails are not syncing on my samsung j7 prime

I have downloaded my work email to my phone, but only able to retrieve incoming mail and not outgoing (sent) mail

Welcome to Android Central! Which email provider? Check your email server settings in the Email app, and make sure the outgoing SMTP server settings are correct, and that the correct password is entered there as well.
