my side buttons stopped working - all of them

[Android Central Question]

Phone is fully charged. Alarms go off and then I can access the phone and apps and the phone is working but when it goes to sleep I cannot get the phone to respond to any action. Samsung Galaxy S9.

Welcome to Android Central! How do you get it to wake up? Do you have to force a shutdown by pressing Power and Vol Down, then power back on again?
