My Smart lock has disabled and no idea how to turn it back on

It was working fine since day one.. Now all of a sudden it's off and says disabled. No idea how to turn this back on... Any help?

Tuns our, my Exchange e-mail was active which allows it to have device admin privileges and would not allow smart lock to work.

Ya. You csnt have any other app as a device administration privilege. It will disable the smart lock.
