My snapchat crashes my phone Note 10

Sometimes when I take a snap, my phone says failed to take snap then freezes my phone. Then it reboots. Does anyone know why this may be?

Note10s aren't just for old people, and Snapchat isn't just for young people.

OP: This has to be a system problem. A buggy app can crash itself, but can't crash the whole phone unless the phone itself has a problem. And unless there are other reports of this problem, it's likely something about your specific phone.

I'd try the usual system-problem steps, including clearing the system cache and even re-flashing the firmware. Ultimately, a factory reset might be needed, but hopefully not.

I understand, but from what I know, Bitmoji is an integral part of Snapchat. Did you try updating it anyway?
