My Sony Z3+'s touchscreen doesn't work,what can I do?

It's almost new ,2 months now, I didn't even use it as a phone yet,just playing games,browsing the internet . Since yesterday the screen doesn't react and it's hot on the back, I restarted it so many times , but still nothing.. Few days before the software has been updated.

You can try to perform a factory data reset in the bootloader. But most likely it is a hardware problem that would need to be physically repaired
