My sound and microphone doesn't work, Please help

I tried to replace the motherboard on my Sprint Galaxy s2 epic 4g touch. I thought I was successful until I realize that the sound and the microphone didn't work any more. when I call someone they can't hear me and I can't hear them and voice search doesn't pick up on my voice. When I play music there is no sound and the auto jack doesn't work either. PLEASE HELP!!!!! What do I do? What did I do wrong?:'''''(

Welcome to the forums!
I haven't done any hardware work, but a couple things I can think of is 1: clearing cache in recovery. or 2: Factory reset.
No guarantees these will work.

It could be a defective board or possibly something was damaged in the original repair.
