My Spotify Not Working on Mobile Data

Hi everyone,

My Spotify isn’t working at all, even though my mobile data is turned on and I’ve already allowed every permission I can think of. I’ve checked background data, data saver, and battery optimization settings — all are set to allow Spotify to run.



I’ve also tried these things. restarts my phone, log out and back in, and even reinstall the app, but it still won’t load songs or connect. Every other app on my phone works fine on mobile data, so I’m sure it’s not my network. it’s just Spotify that refuses to work.

It just keeps saying it’s offline or fails to play anything. This has been going on for a couple of days now, and I’m honestly out of ideas. Has anyone else run into this before, and if so, how did you fix it?

I think in the top left corner you can find the settings, and from there you can find "Data-saving and offline". Perhaps you have clicked offline there?
