My sprint HK m8 keeps switching time zone

I've had my phone for 3 days and it can't keep set to the right time any ideas should I just take it back

If you go into "settings" and "Date & Time" is it set to automatic (use network provided)?

Hmm. Maybe keep the time set automatic, but you specify the time zone (they should be independent of each other). Or just keep trying combinations of automatic and user set until something works. I would think that if both are set to automatic, then the network is sending something wrong to the phone.
