My Stratosphere won't finish booting!

Ok, so this morning, my phone would not find service. Even though usually at my house, I have 3-4 Bars. Usually, just about every problem I've had with android, (which hasn't been many) has been fixed with a reboot. So I rebooted it. I thought maybe it was just taking longer than usual to boot up, but after waiting for nearly 30 Minutes, it won't finish booting. It stays on the Verizon 4G LTE startup screen, and won't advance. I have tried removing the battery, and connecting the charger. It still will not boot up. Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know how to fix it? My phone is not rooted, and dosen't have any custom roms on it.

thats exactly what happened to mine so i went to the store and they fixed it.

Yep, thats what I had to to. Since I bought the phone not even two months ago, they replaced it.
