My swype quit working after a day.

I installed this yesterday and today it quit working. It was still on my phone but I reinstalled it and it is now working. Is this something that happens? I wonder if I accidentally hit a button to cause that and what I can do to fix it?

same thing is happening to me but even when i re install it says this version of swype is configured for a different device AND I REALY LIKE SWYPE lol

Is it force closing or is it just not swyping? If you can't make words out of dragging your finger, long press the input field, select "input method", select the stock keyboard, and then do the same thing over again selecting Swype. This usually works for me.

Keep in mind that Swype is a beta, so there will be issues.
