My tablet has huge system errors!

Samsung galaxy tab S pro 8.4 android 5.0.2: I have rooted it, I opened it and it worked perfectly, then auto-rebooted and when turned on my tablet says:"Unfortunately 'app name' has stopped" 'app name' were: TouchWiz Starting & other system apps and I can't use it anymore . PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS:I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE MY DATA (NO DATA)

Well, thats a risk you must accept when rooting your device.

Try wiping cache partition. Turnyour tab off, hold home+power+volume up at the same time for 7 sec+-. Using the volume button to navigate, press wipe cache partition using the power button. Then reboot it. You wont lose data.

If issues still present, make a backup then factory reset it.
