My TAG Connected has become totally unresponsive over last 2 days, any suggestions?

My TAG Connected has become totally unresponsive over last 2 days

Had it since December so know how it works. I use it with iPhone 6.
Now the only thing it does is the display lights up when I flick my wrist.
Cannot swipe left, right up or down.
Tried uncoupling from my phone (forget this device) and reconnecting and now the phone does not even list it as a found blutooth device.
Tried pressing the side button for 10 seconds to reset, but nothing happens. All it does is tell the time.

Any suggestions ?

I don't use mine with an iphone, but did you recently get the software update on the watch? If not try a full reset of the watch. If so use the unpair option in settings.
