Hello I got my asus tf 201 this year for xmas (got on dec1 , but you know for xmas), I bought mine from newegg as refurbish and found used dock from the bay all for about 235$ . It came with android 4.1.1 already installed and works very good. I was very disapointed about all the bad reviews( when I ordered it I originally read a review for the 300 and got mixed up on wich one I was buying). But Imust say this thing works really well for me, the wifi has been stronger than some of my other wifii tools the gps I really dont care about. athe lag on the android browser is the most frustrating thing about it. Now I have not rooted it yet and am not sure if I will (and i like to root three rooted HTC thunderbolts and a black berry storm tweaked out will tell you i am not afraid ) just that i like this simple peice as is for now. I hope you all got your tf201 working right by now , and mine is prolly just a refurbished one of yours but its solid sofar. good luck
