My time is stopping randomly HELP

The time on my phone stops?? Sometimes it works its currently 1:20 AM but my phone says 12:59 AM.
I need help immediately because, the alarm on my phone depends on the time my phone is showing!

Welcome to Android Central! Is it the clock in the status bar that's wrong, or a clock widget?

Go to Settings>Date & Time, and make sure Automatic Network Time & Date and Automatic Time Zone are turned on.

Im not so sure if the clock widget stops too, but last night, I only saw the time in my status bar that stopped.
Right now it's working, I will just update again if it stops, and check my clock widget.

So, everything is technically stopping. My clock widget, status bar and in the settings. Unless, I switch my phone off and on, the time goes back to normal.
I really need someone's help. This is why my alarm does not work. I dont wanna depend on my parents waking me up in the morning.
Any suggestions??

Sorry for the delay. Have you tried wiping the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11018

I think those steps should work for the original Note.

The time just stopped, again.
It stopped at 1:48 AM but the time is currently 2:00 AM.

The system cache contains temporary system data that can sometimes start to muck things up. Wiping the cache doesn't erase any personal data, but can sometimes clear up various glitches. But apparently not in this case.:-\

I don't think you ever said if the Automatic Network Time & Date setting is turned on in ​Settings>Date & Time.
