My time is wrong on my phone how do I set it zten817

My phone time is incorrect all my calls say in 5 days are if I missed a call it's say tomorrow it's really a hassle I need to know how to fix it and my text messages they all come in backward like if I was sent a text today it would show a text I got yesterday today

Hi, what device do you have? within settings you should be able to see the time / date option - make sure you have selected the automatic time zone detect. Choose this, power down the phone and boot back up.
