Not everyone has it, some rooted roms don't come with it. In my case it wont pull up in the market either so I have been looking for the apk as well. I know there is an old thread that has the link but it won't pop up when I search for it via tapatalk.

Download the My Verizon in the App store. I am on the 2.11.605.0 leak that came out recently. I test the My Verizon app every once in a while since I have not had a working version since I moved to a new ROM. Today is the first day it has worked.

Maybe the official update is right around the corner.
