My Verizon Cloud Backup icon has stopped working, how can I fix this?

Verizon Cloud Backup

I recently backed up my photos and what not to verizon cloud on my phone. I then did a factory reset and now I'm trying to access verizon cloud and I have no idea how to. I click the cloud icon and it takes me to the page where I can backup all of my information again. I made it backup to my gmail account but I have no idea where to look to find the photos/contacts that I backed up there.

I've tried downloading the cloud app on my computer and when I try to login it says that my number isn't even valid or registered there.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That backup is for the phone, I'm unaware if it being able to get your backup data on the computer

Yup, just figured it out lmao. Had to click Account Settings to access the documents and what not. This can be locked.

Can't believe I missed that. xD
