Just so everyone knows, a working copy of My Verizon has been released over at XDA. Works on Wi-Fi and 3G. So those wantign to track thier data usage from Verizon, should get this. Works with no issues that i see so far!

It works on 4g too. Just tried it.

leave it to XDA, again, to upstage Verizon (and every other company involved in cell phones) by making something work that wasn't supported by a phone
(looking at you, HTC---higher FPS hack on Evo when HTC said it was a hardware issue, not a software patch)

I agree with someone over at XDA who states that Verizon most likely won't let this work on the Thunderbolt because that want to track customers 4G usage as a test to see what type of tiered pricing to set. We are 4G guinea pigs.

If they allowed this to work on the thunderbolt, people would more likely throttle back their usage for one reason or another.

In other words, VzW is Blocking this app from working on purpose.

Once tiered pricing is released, I bet that VzW will unblock the app and officially support it once again.

Unzip the file, and remove the apk file from it.
Put it anywhere on your sd card (assuming you can find it again), I believe it default downloads to your "download" if you're on your phone currently.


Then get a file managing app (andro zip, astro zip, super manager, etc...) and use this app to navagate to where it's located at. Now just click on the apk and hit install.

That's it.
