My videos keep stopping!!

I record videos that are sometimes lengthy and they freeze and then say "sorry this video can't be played". Why??

I have more than enough memory
I don't have smart stay on

This has happened far too many times and the issue seems to correct itself when I reset my phone. Eventually it happens again. And along with my videos freezing, a lot of my photo thumbnails show up blank/black.

Are you using the gallery or video player? You could try a third party video player such as mx player and see if that helps. Good luck!

I've tried Quickpic's player, through Androvid trimmer app, and they all stop at the same parts.

Then it looks like the videos you have recorded have issues. Try an alternative camera app for future recording. Not really sure why it happened, but phones do weird things sometimes
