It does all sorts of weird things - recently, a massive spate of butt dialing (and I always turn the screen off before putting it in my pocket). This morning it forgot the password for my home wifi AND turned on Bluetooth, all by itself. It also periodically burns through its battery ridiculously fast - like, I put it in my pocket with 90% charge and two hours later, without me using it at all, it's down to 15%. But only sometimes, not consistently. I'm at a loss here, any thoughts on what's happening? Thanks!

I know the stock bug on the HTC Vivid is it randomly turns on the WiFi and Mobile Data at the same time. As for Bluetooth and the WiFi issue, did you accidentally wipe something you shouldn't have?

I didn't do anything except turn off the screen and put it in my pocket. Oh, and when I said butt dialing, I should have been more specific - it sends random gibberish texts and e-mails, not phone calls. I can't understand how it does this when the screen has been turned off, since it's a two-step process (hit button and swipe loop) to activate the screen.

Sometimes a system process causes the phone's screen to turn on. And as for the being able to send messages and whatnot, your butt isn't necessarily tiny, so it can press on the screens and slide and type away.
