My vivo music player is not working what to do?

Whenever i added songs on alarm clock it doesn't work
I tried to play songs on i music of vivo but it is not working

Did you put the songs in the Alarms folder, then restart the phone?

Do you find the songs in the music player? If not, have you restarted the phone since you've added them?
