my wallpaper was distorted ?

i pressed the power on, then i got a picture like this one.

what is wrong with it?

This happened on my Evo lte as well. Stuck all the time so I reset it

No my whole phone. I change things so often that a reset don't really bother me. I use zooper widget and I can save all my templates which helps
