My wallpapers keep changing back to the original ones

I know I saw a lot of people having the same problem but I didn't see a solution anyway. And I did not know how to add to that thread. My Samsung s5 keeps reverting back to the original screen wallpaper. Is starting to really tick me off. The ones that will last for a month or two then it goes right back sometimes they last less than that. Also my apps keep disappearing on the home screens. The app pages I create. Loved my s3 never had a problem. Any help would be appreciated

Mine seems to revert every time the Facebook app updates, which is a lot because I'm in the beta group, not sure if it is a phone issue, a Google Play issue, or a Facebook app issue though.

Mine does the exact same.

After every Facebook update my Facebook icon dissappear and my wallpaper reverts to the original.
