My WhatsApp backup is increasing in android day by day. What to do to reduce it?

I have been clearing chats regularly..
I have been deleting old.databases regularly.
I have been shifting media from WhatsApp media folders to.other folders regularly and deleting sent items

Still my WhatsApp storage is increasing heavily..
