My Wileyfox just deleted loads of apps and keeps turning itself off, also not enough memory?

[AC Question]

I got my Wileyfox Spark the day before yesterday and since then, it's kept telling me that there isn't enough memory even though I've inserted my SD card, there's nowhere in the settings that lets me change what's saved to where. Also, it keeps randomly turning itself off - the last time it did this it deleted loads of apps such as Android Sleep, Duolingo, and various games. Is there something I can do about these things?!
