My X seems laggy lately....help.

So my X seems laggy. I cleared the cache and it smooths out, but very quickly it gets laggy again.

I dont really want to reset it. Any other options?

Can you provide more information? What are you doing when it is 'laggy'? What have you installed app wise recently? What settings, if any, have you changed? The fact that it gets better when you clean the cache tells me that it's an app that is always running that causes it.

Thanks man! That did help a bit. There are a couple of slow moving components (eg one of my Gmail accounts), but its nowhere near as bad as it was
