My Xperia XZ being delivered today.

Getting my XZ today and wondering about flashing the UK firmware. How is the fingerprint sensor in practice? Would it be worth it?
Have gotten used to it with other phones but if a pita to activate or use won't even attempt it.

The fingerprint scanner on the XZ is great. It works really well. Just be sure when you're setting it up that you think about all the different ways you may unlock the phone with that one finger.

You can have additional fingerprints as well in case you use your other hand or a different finger. I have three setup on mine.

I received mine earlier this week and flashing the firmware from the US version to Customized NOBA was super simple. Not sure if instructions or links to programs are allowed here but use FlashTool and google the directions. Takes little under and hour.

The user interface and operating system feels exactly the same minus the cell reception icon is only 4 bars vs 5 bars and the fingerprint reader is active. Its super fast and responsive and you can program multiple fingers. I did this depending on the hand I am holding the phone in.
