MyTouch 4g Camera wont focus - stuck on macro focus?

My camera was fine one minute and wouldn't focus the next. Not sure what happened to it. I did not drop it and did not get it wet. When the camera is really close to items it is SO clear, but to take a normal picture everything is blurry. There is no option on my phone to change the focus settings.. HELP?
