myTouch HD to be known as "myTouch 4G"

Sounds interesting if they do use the name myTouch 4G. I'm actually looking forward to seeing this new device... larger screen than the older myTouch device, next generation 1Ghz processor, HSPA+ speed, Froyo, 4G on board memory, front facing camera, 5 Mega-pixel camera, etc, etc, etc...

I just wish that they had a slightly larger screen. I am not sure how important that will be in the long run. I need to see the phone, but the 4.3" screens from the Evo's around the office are real nice compared to my current screen. Every other spec looks great.

I've had my hands on the G2 for a couple days and it has a 3.7" screen... and I'm assuming that since it was first advertised a 3.8" screen that the myTouch will have the same actual 3.7" screen and not the 3.8" screen that is being advertised also.

I liked the screen size... of course I will wait until I see one in the store and put my hands on this new device. A friend has the Evo and I think that is just too big for a cell phone, even a smartphone... but we all have different preferences... if I had to have a larger screen I'd have picked up the Vibrant.

mmh, I kind of liked mytouch hd. Seemed pretty classy to me. I cant see myself ever getting a phone with a screen less than 4" now that I have had my vibrant for awhile
