JUST GOT MY RMA, YAY FINALLY, A PERFECT DEVICE

NOPE, my RMA device has a deadzone, but for some reason, its not totally dead, if you swipe across 10 times, it will respond once, so is the screen broken, or software issue? i reset and updated but it still doesnt work. i guess im never getting another LG phone, even if its cheap, this is totally unacceptable

Sounds like a hardware issue to me, I've run into it before though not on the Nexus 4. Each Nexus 4 I've had has been perfectly responsive and accurate. I've never had good luck with RMA/CLN/remanufactured devices, but I wouldn't give up on LG entirely because of this issue.

yea but, i dont see news everywhere about HTC or Samsung breaking down, atleast not that much...i guess another week of waiting for me...:/ well ty for reply

wait but heres the wierd thing, i was using it again, and somehow magically, the touchscreen worked for 10 seconds, everything worked, then the phone froze, had to lock unlock to unfreeze, but after, the deadzone was back
