So I bought this on June 7th hearing all the good about this phone. Didn't do a ton of looking around and it was this or wait for the lg g4 which I'm now very much regretting not doing.

This phone hates me or Sprint or both.

It's currently on Android 5.1.1
Build LMY47Z

This phone hates Sprint LTE or something. If I happen to find LTE and then start browsing the web or using anything that uses a slight bit of data it almost immediately jumps back to 3g and crawls to load anything.

Half the time finding LTE is the hard part as it is. The worst part is knowing that my old Note 2 that my stepdad is using standing 2 feet away could easily watch Netflix at high quality in the exact same spot!! How do you explain connectivity that bad?

So of course it's out of the 14 day period and Sprint so far has been unhelpful and in some cases rude about helping me out. I'm not asking for another Nexus or even an upgrade. I was asking to exchange, pay the restock and pick up an LG G3.

Please tell me I'm not the only one with issues similar to this?!

Try to have Sprint reactivate the phone. That happened to me the first week or so I had this phone on Sprint, I would miss calls, SMS, VM's etc. Every time it activated again, it got better at handling the network. I can't tell you why, but it did. If that doesn't work you should probably RMA the device and get another one.
