Nexus 7 rooted, And 4.3 - JSS15Q
Router: netgear wndr3400v2, latest firmware

2.4ghz works fine. Does not see 5ghz at all (iPad/iPod touch picks it up fine).

5ghz has different SSID.

I am trying near the router so no walls in the way.

Have tried different channels (from 40 - 153) as well as inputing manually to no avail.

Haven't been able to test on another dual band router yet. Never checked before rooting (doh!) not sure if that could effect it? Probably not worth a factory reset at this time but cannot stand something not working properly.

Go into the WiFi settings under 'advanced', 'Wi-Fi frequency band', make sure it's set to 'auto' or '5 GHz only' to see the 5GHz access points.
